How the Hub works

Hub’s work algorithm:

1. Arrival at the single coordination center in Zaporizhzhya.

Internally displaced persons are registered in the center. IDPs arrive at the center in private vehicles and in groups on evacuation buses. After registration in the single coordination center, IDPs are entitled to free accommodation in the Hub.

2. Moving to Hub.

The evacuation bus on which you arrived will take you to the Hub.

3. Getting help.

After placement in the Hub, you will receive all the necessary help and advice on social and legal issues, registration of IDPs, etc.

4. Assistance in moving to other regions and living in Ukraine or moving abroad (for women and children), assistance with finding a job in Ukraine, kindergartens, schools, housing, etc.

As for the evacuation itself

Receiving an application for evacuation from Kherson and the Kherson region.

Today, the combined efforts of transporters, volunteers, public and charitable organizations, which carry out the evacuation of the civilian population to the city of Zaporizhzhya.

Hub territory:

1.Territory of arrival/departure.

2. The waiting room, where registration, filling out questionnaires, consultations on obtaining assistance, processing of documents, etc. will take place.

3. Territory with rooms for living.

4. Playroom for children.

5. Territory for rest and communication.

6. Hall of humanitarian aid/food.

7. Sports hall, gym, fitness hall.

8. Table tennis hall.

9. Studio.

10. Beauty salon.
