How to get services in the Hub?

Answers to the most common questions about the functioning and capabilities of the “I – Kherson” Hub

Who can receive the services of the “I – Kherson” Hub?

Residents who evacuated from the city of Kherson and the Kherson region.

What supporting documents are required to be accommodated in the Hub and receive assistance at the Hub?

You must be registered in any community of the Kherson region.

How to stay in the Hub?

Currently, there is an algorithm (hyperlink to the section (How the Hub functions) according to which every resident evacuating from the Kherson region automatically has the opportunity to come and receive the services of the Hub.

If you have any questions, contact us (hyperlink to the Contacts section).

If I have no place to go, can I stay in the Hub for more than 3 days?

Each case is considered individually. The possibility of accommodation for a longer period depends on the overall loading of the Hub. But every evacuated resident of the Kherson region will be offered the optimal housing option (depending on the number of family members, the number and age of children, family members with special needs, etc.).

Can residents of the Kherson region who have already evacuated and are temporarily living in Zaporizhzhya contact the Hub for advice (on other issues)?

Yes. But please be understanding and be ready for possible queues for appointments with social workers, who first of all solve the problems of those residents of the Kherson region who have just evacuated and need immediate help.
